Pastor Victor Echavarria is the Lead Pastor for International Christian Center. Although he was born in Brownsville, TX, he moved to Mexico while young and spent his childhood there until his return to the States in middle school. Pastor Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry which he used to teach Biology in the Brownsville and Los Fresnos ISD.  He began working for ICC as the Worship Director and has been on full time staff for over 15 years. While working for ICC, he received a Master’s degree in Divinity from Regent University and was nominated by Pastor Bob and the Board of Directors as the new lead pastor for ICC in 2019. He and his wife Araceli have four children, one of whom is married and lives in New York, and three still at home under the age of 18. They enjoy traveling, home schooling, Dogo Argentino training, and serving God and others!
